• Maintaining a current record of membership subscriptions.
• Communicating with members and parents/guardians regarding youth theatre matters, including upcoming rehearsals and productions.
• Ensuring that all appropriate volunteers are aware of any medical, social or cultural need that a member may have, to ensure that member can participate as fully and safely as possible in the activities of the youth theatre. 

All data is processed by us in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and we will keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary. We maintain a register of all data held. You are entitled to request access to, or correct any information held about you, or If you do not want us to retain or use your personal information you may withdraw your consent by contacting hytmembership@googlemail.com .
